Debra has worked within industry, and as a consultant, providing strategic feasibility advice and implementing operational systems to achieve standards that are globally accepted, and prescribed as being effective and consistent with international best practice.
Having worked at executive management level within US$750M plus, large scale industrial projects that are consistent with the Equator Principles and World Bank requirements, where she was responsible for leading multi-disciplinary, technical teams during feasibility, construction and operational phases; Debra brings significant value to our clients as an innovative, result focussed, senior executive, with expertise in identifying, designing, and implementing integrated sustainability solutions to meet both commercial performance and social development challenges.
Expertise across multiple sectors, including mining and resources, manufacturing, petro/chemical, and hazardous waste management, and having obtained 25 years of experience within Africa, the Asia-Pacific region and Australia.

ministerial levels, within developed, emerging and developing nations.
During 2015 – 2016 Debra acted as an international, technical advisor to an interlinked, renewable energy, industry development, and employment creation project in remote West Africa that was directly associated with a world class industrial venture.
